ALEXIS BATTLE
Owner
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Alexis co-founded CR in 2011 and has been instrumental in shaping CR's tradition of excellence. Under her leadership, CR teams have claimed multiple National Championship titles and accolades. Alexis holds USASF certification in Levels 1–6 Cheer & Tumble and serves as CR’s In-House Choreographer.
ERIN DEMPSEY
Owner
Erin is the co-owner of CR and has been a driving force behind the program since it's opening in 2011. Erin most recently guided CR’s Senior Level 4 team, Lemonade, to an All Star World Championship title in April 2025.She is USASF credentialed in Levels 1–6, a former USASF Regional Board member, and a certified MSSAA and YCADA/Pop Warner cheer judge.
DASHALEE MONTALVO
Tumbling Director & Coach
Dashalee has over 15 years of experience as a lead tumble instructor and all star cheerleading coach. As Tumble Director, Dashalee structures CR's tumble class plans and coaches all ages and levels in both cheer and tumble. Dashalee is known for her encouraging, professional and relatable approach.
KYRIAH SMITHSON
Events Coordinator & Coach
Kyriah has been coaching all star cheer and tumble for over seven years. She is currently the go-to birthday host and events coordinator at CR, bringing excitement and fun to every event. Kyriah serves as a Coach and Tumble Instructor and is known for her strong technical coaching skills and positive coaching style.
CARLY D'ORLANDO
Coach
Carly has over 11 years of competitive cheer experience throughout Youth, High School and All Star cheer. She has served CR as a Coach and Tumble Instructor for both our Half Year Prep and All Star Elite cheer programs for the last five seasons. Carly is known for her energetic coaching style and down-to-earth approach.
SAMANTHA HAIBON
Coach
Samantha has been a part of CR since 2014. As an athlete, she earned numerous championships across every program CR offers. Now stepping into coaching, “Sammy” is passionate about inspiring the next generation to achieve the same success. This season, you’ll find her leading our Tiny and Mini Elite Teams.
TARA HELMS
Coach
Tara has over 15 years of experience within the all star and recreational cheer programs. She has led multiple All Star and High School teams to undefeated seasons. At CR, you can find Tara coaching within our Half Year Program where she brings her experience and passion to every athlete she works with.
GABRIELLA ORTINS
Coach
Gabriella has been a part of the CR program since 2014. As an athlete, “Gab” earned numerous championship titles through our Elite All Star Program. Now as a coach, she shares her knowledge and experience with the next generation of athletes. Gab is best known for her technical coaching skills and her supportive style.
KRISTEN IATROU
Coach
Kristen has over five years experience coaching at the all star level. She has been an intricate part of the development of our teeniest of athletes. You can find Kristen coaching both Tiny's and Mini's within our Half Year Program where she brings the spirit of cheer to life.
STEPHANIE BARYSKY
Tumbling Coach
Stephanie brings over 20 years of experience instructing tumble at all levels. Since joining CR in 2019, she has been dedicated to building athletes’ confidence and grit—qualities every tumbler should possess. Stephanie is known for her motivating and enthusiastic approach to coaching.
SARAH MIHALCHIK
Coach
Sarah has been a part of the CR program since 2014. As an athlete, Sarah earned numerous championship titles through our Half Year Prep and Elite All Star Program. You can find Sarah coaching and sharing her knowledge this season with our Half Year Prep Team.
